ABOUT US
THE TCX CORE VALUES
Each team takes pride in utilizing all disciplines of basketball: aggressive defense, fundamental offense and strength training to dominate opponents.
Student-Athlete Development
We hold mandatory minimum 2.5 GPA standards, study hall sessions during travel tournaments, and collegiate academic roadmap advising.
Sportsmanship & Respect
Respect for referees, coaches, opponents, and parents is absolute. High emotional intelligence under fourth-quarter pressure.
Transparent Pricing (Zero Hidden Costs)
No inflated coaching kickbacks, no surprise travel markups, no hidden uniform fees. Every penny is accounted for with open financial books.
Resilience & Grit
Failure is data for growth. We teach student-athletes how to respond to adversity on the court and transfer that mental toughness to life.
Inclusivity & Community
Basketball belongs to everyone. We actively recruit and support youth from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds throughout South Florida.
Humility
The name on the front of the jersey matters infinitely more than the name on the back. Extra pass mentality and selfless leadership.

05
Inclusivity
Â
A passion for equality, inclusivity and respect. TCX will not tolerate any discrimination based on race, gender, socioeconomic status, etc. If you have the skills, you are welcome here. Period.
06
Your team. Your vision. Our platform.
Each age group travel team will control their own practice plans, their own rosters, their own drills, their own flexibility in style. The program will remain as hands-off as possible so as not to interfere with what you are trusted to do.
